Business Liaison and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SMEs, and the development team.
• Establish settings for various integration points affecting SD, in coordination with the MM, WM, and FI teams.

2. IDOC Management and Development:

• Work on IDOC change pointers and enhance customer master IDOC (DEBMAS) for master data distribution.
• Monitor and reprocess manual postings of IDOCs, and set up partner profiles, process codes, and port definitions.

3. Development and Enhancement:

• Develop a dialog module program to assign sales order quantities grouped by the master order.
• Modify dialog programming with Unicode conversion to print documents required for shipping a delivery using LPN number.
• Develop complex ALV reports for sales order, delivery, and backorder processes for ASPAC region customer dashboard.
• Lead consultant responsible for designing and implementing solutions for enhancements and new requirements related to the APO planning solution.
• Work on custom BADI and user exit enhancements in order to cash (OTC) processes to meet new business requirements.

4. Integration and System Management:

• Integrate a broad variety of component systems with EP, including BW, CRM, R3, and third-party applications.

5. Testing and Validation:

• Participate in unit testing, functional acceptance testing, and integration testing of WRICEF objects in CRM and ECC.
• Create test scenarios for unit testing and integration testing for all business processes and obtain sign-off after successful completion of UAT.

6. Master Data Management:

• Prepare customer master data and condition master data templates, submit to customers with explanations, and upload master data through LSMW.
• Used BAPI’s for fetching material description information and material category for ESS.

7. Project Management and Reporting:

• Work on IM close and PS close on previous year projects.
• Develop reports according to client requirements.
