Job Description:

·        To enable the development of new competencies or solutions through the practice team for complex business challenges and cultivate or expand client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration

·        To provide enterprise solutions and technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps for meeting customer’s IT and business vision

·        To lead and build well-defined capability that meets the current business needs and future market demands based on HCL’s business focus and growth plan

·        To nurture and enhance customer connect at all levels

·        Should be Nashville based

Additional Requirements:
A) Strong delivery and operational experience of 15+ years 
B) Ability to manage portfolio of 100 to 200 members team 
C) Good customer facing and communication skills 
D) Knowledge of digital technologies and execution patterns 
E) Good understanding of distributed agile
F) Should have good understanding of Retail domain
