Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM workflows and integration tools, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Automate workflows and ensure data synchronization between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Configure and manage MID Servers for on-premises integration.
- Write custom scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide.
- Provide ongoing support, testing, and documentation for integration solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM integration.
- Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JavaScript, and Glide scripting.
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server configuration.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications (Implementation Specialist, Application Developer).
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or other enterprise system integrations.
