Position Title: AS400 – Senior Technical Lead

Location: Remote

Role Type: Contract

Job Description:

·         8+ years of experience and proficient in AS400 development with expertise in RPG and Cobol with good concepts of DB2. 

·         2-4 years of Experience in workflow tools such as SS&C AWD

·         Knowledge in Life Insurance domain is a plus.

·         Should be able to interact with client technical contacts as well as business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack.

·         Experience in an Agile based development environment.

Primary Skill:

·         Bachelor s degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education experience

·         Experience in: Mainframe, AS400, Cobol Training andor exposure to business systems analysis AWD Business Process Modeling (BPM) experience

·         Excellent written oral communication skills

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines

·         Attention to detail and results oriented

·         Ability to work as part of a team and independently

·         Problem-solving and technical communication skills

·         Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
