Job Title: PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

 

Responsibilities:

·Understand business objectives, perform cost/benefit analysis, and analyze user requirements to automate or improve existing systems.

·Analyze current operational procedures and identify specific input and output requirements.

·Document detailed user needs, program functions, and system capabilities.

·Work with PeopleSoft Financials (Asset Management) and serve as backup for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or General Ledger modules.

·Conduct requirement analysis, collaborate with SMEs, document processes, and perform hands-on testing.

·Support multiple test cycles and collaborate with teams in a remote environment using O365 and collaboration tools.

·Estimate workload, set deadlines, and communicate effectively within a diverse team.

 

Requirements:

·8 years: Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) upgrade/implementation projects.

·8 years: Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.

·8 years: Experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents.

·8 years: Experience conducting work sessions and functional analysis presentations.

·8 years: Hands-on experience with end-to-end system integration and testing.

·4 years: Experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

·2 years: Experience with MS Teams and channel communication with a large team.

·4 years (Preferred): Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local).

·2 years (Preferred): Experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.

·2 years (Preferred): Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, and Commitment Control.

·2 years (Preferred): Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

·1 year (Preferred): Experience with Jira, Scrum, and STAT tools.
