Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested.  The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.  

Requirements:
• Availability to be present for workshops at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Technical or business work experience, including the area of Time and Attendance (3-5 years);
• Experience with Access, SQL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Analyzing requirements of Time and Attendance Systems enhancements from gathering time data, to approvals, corrections, reporting, and interfacing to M-DCPS SAP ERP Payroll System.
• Lead meetings and hold workshops to gather needed information.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Analyzes business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology and processes.
• Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.
• Educations the IT
