Skills Required:
- Need developers who have working experience with both Genesys Cloud CX (Genesys Cloud Platform – Experience as a Service | Genesys) and Google DialogFlow CX (Dialogflow | Google Cloud).
- They will be working on a Genesys implementation which has complex IVR self service via DialogFlow requirements.
- They must have the Genesys Cloud CX (formerly called PureCloud) experience (not just on prem) and the Google Dialogflow needs to be the CX (Advanced) and not ES (Standard) version.
