Role Description:

? Responsible for administration of the ServiceNow tool? Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue? Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope ? Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure? Production Deployment & Certification? Pre-Production support ? Limited to Small Enhancements ? Code review and update as and when required for production issues? Regression testing support for small enhancements? Knowledge Management – Creating/Maintaining knowledge base documents.? Vendor Liaison for the applications in (TCS) scope? Performance/Status/SLA Reporting? Reporting – FAILED EVENTS, Resolution, Error trending, Daily scorecard? Participate in Change analysis and planning? Production Deployment & Certification
