Job Title : Business Solutions Analyst
Location : Onsite to Sacramento, CA
End Client : Department of Justice |Working with Prime Vendor
Required Skills:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or similar fields
Professional certification in business process re-engineering or related methodologies and tools such as the Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL) certification offered by the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP International)
Knowledge of various business process re-engineering techniques and approaches, such as process mapping, process simulation, process automation, or process optimization.
Ability to measure and evaluate the outcome and impacts of software development and business process re-engineering projects, using appropriate metrics, methods and tools.
At least five (5) years of experience within the past seven (7) years in business process re engineering, business process analysis, business process design, or business process improvement, preferably in a software-related context.
Ability to communicate, and present complex technical and business information to managers, clients, or staff verbally and in writing.
At least five (5) years of experience within the past seven (7) years in software development, or software project management, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years documenting and communicating objectives, software requirements, requirements traceability matrices, and designs at different levels of abstraction for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years leading and conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
