Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Develop and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet client requirements.
- Has working experience in simplifying product and pricing structure in CPQ package.
- Knows Amendment and renewal business use cases and flow.
- Able to work on CPQ and Salesforce configuration.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or a Business Systems Analyst or a product owner.
- Experience with process documentation, automation and digital transformations impacting Partners, Channels and distributors.
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of systems supporting high technology business processes for Partners/Channels/Distributors like Partner Onboarding, Deal Registration, Partner Programs etc.
- Expert in writing User Stories, converting business requirements to User Stories for development.
- Bring teams together periodically to foster Salesforce best practices and increase adoption and usage of Salesforce.
