Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing Oracle projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This position will require remote work with periodic travel to Chicago, Virginia, and Richardson.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate resources and tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Oracle projects.
- Solid understanding of Oracle products, technologies, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel to Chicago, Virginia, and Richardson as needed.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
