Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering high-quality RPA solutions that drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
Process Analysis: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in RPA development and deployment.
Solution Design: Create detailed design documents that clearly define the scope and approach of the RPA solution.
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and improve existing RPA solutions to adapt to changes in processes or technology.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed automations, including design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, communicate progress, and provide training on implemented solutions.
Compliance & Security: Ensure that all RPA solutions adhere to the organization’s compliance, security standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in RPA development, with at least [Y] years in a senior or lead role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or VBA.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Certifications: Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional) are highly desirable.
