Job Title:Product Owner
Location: Bothell, WA/Frisco TX ( ONSITE)
NOTE – ONLY LOCAL candidate required
Mandatory – Must have telecom domain experience with Swagger, Microservices, Agile Ceremony, Database skill, and experience using JIRA.
Job Description:
- Required Skills Identifying, designing, and developing cloud-based solutions (RedHat OpenShift, AWS, Azure) that meet the needs of Customer business objectivesOverseeing the entire product development cycle of Customer Private Cloud (CaaS) solution, from ideation to launchEnsuring that the final product (Private Cloud CaaS) meets the needs of both the business and the end-userCreating and maintaining a product roadmap (Private Cloud CaaS)Setting milestones, timelines, and deliverables for the technical components of the product (Private cloud CaaS)Managing interdependencies to avoid bottlenecks and delaysAssessing time and resource estimates from engineeringReviewing tech specs with technical squadsEvaluating architecture and networking plansBeing involved in infrastructure and scalabilityBridging the gap between infrastructure development teams and business executivesAligning engineering teams and working in collaboration with Customer stakeholdersManaging the product life cycle from conception through retirement to ensure that all products meet the company's standards for quality and performanceDeveloping strategies to increase market share and improve Customer satisfaction with existing productsEvaluating existing and new cloud technologies, advance storage features, and new operational methodology to drive efficiency, availability, and effectiveness of our servicesUncovering and understanding of Private cloud design and build needs and translating them into requirementsWorking with internal teams including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance team membersMaking decision based on Customer s feedback, current market data and their business goalsDeveloping sophisticated Product Analytics frameworks to navigate the Customer s landscape, identifying opportunities, and solving complex challengesWork experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.Familiarity with agile is mustHands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.Technical background with knowledge of software development and web techniques.Team spirit and good communication abilities.
- Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field can be advantageous.
- Certifications
- such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product OwnerProduct Manager, or similar can be beneficial.Knowledge of cloud services and technologies is essential.
- (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects
- (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
