Title: Full Stack .Net Developer
Client: Maryland Department of the Environment
Work Location: 1800 Washington Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21230 (Teleworking is permitted)
Requirements: Please submit the candidate’s resume, driver’s license, visa, degree certificates (Bachelor’s and Master’s), and relevant certifications.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certifications in .NET, cloud technologies, or front-end frameworks are a plus.

Required Experience:

1. 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on .NET technologies.
2. Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications, including online portals or payment systems.
3. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
4. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
5. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
6. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
7. Extensive experience with C# and ASP.NET Core for back-end development.
8. Solid experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
9. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
10. Strong experience working with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
11. Proficiency in Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as Entity Framework, MVC, or Dapper.
12. Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure or AWS.
13. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and automated testing practices.
14. Familiarity with serverless computing and cloud-native development is a plus.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
17. A team-oriented mindset with experience contributing to collaborative project success.
18. Involvement in Agile development practices, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies.
19. Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience integrating security measures into web applications.
20. Proven ability in optimizing application performance, including front-end load times and efficient back-end processing.
