Job Title: Peoplesoft Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Remote but need local texas dl) (No relocation accepted)
Overview: The PeopleSoft HCM Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications. The role involves extensive work with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and other PeopleSoft development tools. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Oracle databases, scripting, and experience working with complex functional and technical designs. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with teams to create technical documentation, reports, and queries while following Agile methodologies. Required Skills and Experience: • 12+ Overall experience with at least 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. • 8 years of experience developing in PeopleCode and Application Packages. • 8 years of experience developing Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR programs. • 8 years of experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). • 8 years of advanced hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL. • 8 years of experience with RHEL OS scripting. • 8 years of experience with Oracle Database 12c+. • At least 2 years of experience developing BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries. • At least 2 years of experience working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). • At least 2 years of experience analyzing functional design requirements. • At least 2 years of experience creating technical design documents. • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio). • At least 2 years of experience working with SharePoint Lists. Preferred Skills and Experience: • 4 years of experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government). • 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS HCM system. • 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor modules. • 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). • 2 years of experience with SharePoint. • 1 year of experience with Jira. • 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
