Position Title: Java Developer

Location: Bay Area, CA / Austin, TX (Onsite)

Mandatory Skills:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Java, TypeScript, and Angular

Job Description:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·         Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Angular. 

·         In-depth understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, particularly Spanner, PubSub, Borg, Boq, CNS, and Plx.

·         Experience with designing and developing scalable, distributed systems.

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·         A passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·         Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging).

·         Experience with cloud-native development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

·         Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services, such as Spanner, PubSub, Borg, Boq, CNS, and Plx, to build scalable and reliable infrastructure.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

·         Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem and cloud computing.
