Mandatory Skills:

LabVantage LIMS, LIMS or similar LIMS systems/ GxP/ Bus. Process-Life Sciences/ Vantage/ ELN LIMS

Job Description:

· Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience with LabVantage LIMS or similar LIMS systems.

· Experience in laboratory environments and understanding of laboratory workflows.

· Familiarity with LabVantage LIMS architecture and database schema.

· Experience with system integrations and data migrations.

· System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and deployment of the LabVantage LIMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of our laboratory operations.

· Customization: Customize and configure LabVantage modules, workflows, and reports to fit the laboratory s unique requirements.

· System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to the LabVantage LIMS to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· User Support: Provide first-line support to laboratory users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LabVantage LIMS.

· Compliance: Ensure the LIMS meets all relevant regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, quality assurance, and laboratory personnel, to gather requirements and implement solutions.

· System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the LabVantage LIMS to enhance functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

· To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

· To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

· To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

· To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
