Job Description:-
This role supports our products for Legal Affairs LOB within Corporate Systems/Controls IT
• Provide day to day technical support and issue resolution for Legal users of iManage SaaS Cloud document management platform.
Required Skills/Knowledge
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in Technical Support/Networking Environments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate and assist business clients to diagnose and resolve issues.
Preferred:
• Experience in iManage products or similar legal document management SaaS Cloud software platform
• Experience or knowledge of the Agile Delivery Model
(ADM)
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of remote teams.
• Experience in supporting deployments and production incidents, leveraged Service Now or similar platform.
• Experience scripting for/working with Microsoft System
Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• PowerShell scripting or similar, reporting on vendor specific platforms
• Strong communication skills
• MetLife US office location (Cary)
