Job Description:
A consultant that has prior experience designing and implementing a skills strategy in Workday including configuration
· Experience implementing Workday's Talent Marketplace
· Knowledge and understanding of Skills and Talent Marketplace available in the HR Technology marketplace
· Ability to clearly communicate to, educate, and influence stakeholders on the business value of Skills/Talent Marketplace design options including impacts on HR processes beyond talent management
