Location: Cincinnati, OH – 100% Remote
Term: 6-month contract + extension (Client reserves right to hire after 6 months)
Status: GC,USC,GC-EAD,H4-EAD,OPT
Requirements:
-Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud
- -Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.
-10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise
-Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice
-Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams
-Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure
-Provides status details to Project manager
