Job Title – Senior Consultant (7453)
Job Location – 100% ONSITE in Round Rock, TX
Visa – USC/GC/GC EAD/H1B/H4 EAD
Clearance Requests – NA
Job Duration – 6 months contract (960 hours)
Must-Have Skills:
Primary technical knowledge required for Operations:
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)
• Advanced PowerShell knowledge and skills
I. Understanding of PowerShell would be a massive bonus.
II. Advanced Windows Clustering and Hyper-V Knowledge
III. Advanced Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) Knowledge
IV. Design and Architecture skills around S2D, Windows Clusters, Hyper-V
V. Skilled with Networking, General Windows, Patch and Updated Processes skills
VI. Software knowledge (reviewing SW, Strong scripting, codes, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills:
• Good communication, strong command, and leadership skills
• Dell AX Nodes setting
• Strong technical writing
Scope:
• Bringing up to speed environment
• next-gen items
• knowledge transfer
• A resource that can look at what the customer has done and make recommendations to environment and change settings if needed.
• Technologically confident in recommending and assisting in fixing/setting up the environment.

The customer had built this environment from the ground up with Microsoft Hyper V, instead of VMware.
– The environment is built on much scripting hence need a resource that will be able to work with earlier scripts and recommend alternatives.
– This is not an Azure stack, but a pure Windows server 2022 – Hyper V – with S2D
