Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional specializing in the integration and functional capabilities of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and Customer Information System (CIS). They will act as a central figure in orchestrating the seamless connection between S/4HANA and a variety of external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrated proficiency with SAP BTP and CIS, with hands-on experience vital for operational excellence.
2. Should be adept at taking the lead in integration projects, providing architectural oversight to ensure successful interfacing between SAP S/4HANA and ancillary systems.
3. Charged with organizing, strategizing, and implementing developments that take into consideration the functionalities and operating windows of peripheral systems.
4. Proven track record of managing multiple project streams, effectively liaising with stakeholders based both onshore and offshore, and ensuring timely delivery of components.
5. Capable of steering discussions with various parties including client representatives, third-party system owners, and development personnel to facilitate project advancement.
6. Tasked with mentoring emerging talent in the team, imparting knowledge related to the latest SAP integration innovations and ensuring their practical application on projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Extensive expertise in operating within the SAP BTP and CIS environments.
– Demonstrable leadership in an Integration Lead capacity, including synthesis of SAP S/4HANA with diverse systems.
– Strong organizational acumen, with a proven ability to manage development schedules and resource allocation.
– Experience in collaborating with both client-side and remote development teams to ensure coherent project progression.
– Excellence in communication, capable of guiding varied project stakeholders and conducting productive meetings.
– A commitment to knowledge sharing, with the ability to train junior team members in cutting-edge SAP integration techniques.
