Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 9-12 Months Contract
Job Description:
- 3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.
- Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
- KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness? 3-5 years’ experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
- Proficiency in AMP script, SQL, and SSJS.
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
