Tittle: SAP SD S4 HANA Service OPs

Client: EOK Tech/ J&J
Need more Expertise on Service Ops like:
- Order-to-Cash cycle, FG Logistics, RMA, Returns, Loaning, Install Base, Service Operations
- Variant Configuration (VC), Sales Bills of Materials (S-BOMs) and service operations such as RMA, Install Base maintenance and Workflows
Required:
- Total 10-14 Years, Relevant should be 10 Plus, in US 4-6 Preferred.
- Relevant ERP/SAP S/4 HANA Experience in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Service Operation (PM) module with key functionalities such as Order-to-Cash cycle, FG Logistics, RMA, Returns, Loaning, Install Base, Service Operations.
- Expertise in design, customize, configure and testing of SD& PM modules in the area of sales documents (Quotation, Inquiry, Orders, Credit Memo Requests, Debit Memo Requests, Contracts), deliveries and billing document, IBase.
- Extensive knowledge on special sales scenarios: Third party sales, inter-company invoicing, intra / inter-company stock transport order, subcontracting, Scheduling Agreements along with integration with MM. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions required.
- Experience in Finish goods Logistics Execution functionalities like outbound delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, transportation, and ware house management and route determination.
- Expertise in Variant Configuration (VC), Sales Bills of Materials (S-BOMs) and service operations such as RMA, Install Base maintenance and Workflows.
- Good Experience on returns, service equipment, service orders.
- Business Process Modeling and ability to understand system landscape with SaaS & PaaS based applications.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA integration with other business applications via interface by using different middleware, file transfer methodology, EDI/IDOC, API’s.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, Functional Specifications, Process flow diagram and document user stories.
Desired / Preferred:
- Deployments of Fiori apps and good understanding of SAP Authorization workflows.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager such as SOLMAN & CHARM and AGILE Methodology (SCRUM, SAFe, etc) as part of SDLC.
- Experience with regulated environment GXP, SOX, etc.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills and knowledge in ABAP Program analysing, Query, LSMW.
- Solid written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of other application tools (GHX, SFDC, SAP CPQ etc).
Other:
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Automated Testing Tools such as HP ALM, JIRA.
- Domian Experience in Sales, Marketing and Service Operations will be an added advantage.
