Role: SAP PI/PO EDI Integration Consultant
Location: Remote EST Time zone( Need to go Office once in a Month)
Duration: Long term
Note: Candidates should be available for the Final In-Person round.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account creation / Role assignment, maintenance, and support (All Integration Applications including, but not limited to SAP PO and FTP Servers)
- Adjustments to existing setups (change request implementation) + testing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders/partners.
- B2B add on – control key scenario association
- B2B add on – Table maintenance (NRO, Custom formats, etc.)
- New Business Partner on-boarding activities for similar type of integrations.
- Maintenance of system parameters and libraries (CryptoLib etc.)
- Coordination of certificate changes with internal and external partners, including deployment and maintenance of partner certificates and creation, deployment, and maintenance of own certificates
- Port creation, Partner Profile setup for inbound/outbound communication
- Create and Maintain Business system/Technical system and all SLD related activities
- Transport management (File system, CTS+ etc.) in SAP PO (creation, deployment and management)
- All setups, changes and adjustments (Partner list, developments and configuration) – (All Integration Applications including, but not limited to SAP PO and FTP Servers)
- Jobs creation and maintenance (in SAP PO)
- Alert configuration and maintenance
- Inbound / Outbound Monitoring (Incl. IDOC, Queues, SXBM_MONI, TRFC etc.) issue identification & resolution (As per B&B Policies)
- RFC destination and SAP Gateway checks in the connected SAP servers to SAP PO (As per B&B Policies)
- Communication Channel Monitoring, issue identification & resolution (As per B&B Policies)
- Health checks, log monitoring and issue resolution (All Integration Applications including, but not limited to SAP PO and FTP Servers)
- IDOC Adapter Monitoring (As per B&B Policies)
- Message Monitoring, issue identification & resolution (As per B&B Policies)
- Performance Monitoring, issue identification & resolution
- Assignment, handling, and resolution of GSD tickets (All Integration Applications including, but not limited to SAP PO and FTP Servers)
- emails, changes, downtimes communication to all internal and external partners etc.
- First Level troubleshooting and support
- SXMB_ADM configuration and maintenance
- Issue fixing for existing setups (incident handling) + testing and coordination with others (external and internal) (As per B&B Policies)
- Perform “Out of Hours” (Integration on Call) activities
- Vendor portal monitor, ticket creation, issue identification and coordination (Customers, Vendors and Partners)
- Assist with OSS notes, patches, adapter modules and JAVA adjustments (testing, configuration)
- Implementing of upgrades and testing (All Integration Applications including, but not limited to SAP PO and FTP Servers)
- Create new and modify existing documentation (Including, but not limited to, Message Flow Process).
- Manage integration assignments independently.
