Experience: 10+ Yrs
NOTE : CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL & have H1B.
MANDATORY SKILLS- ERP experience [Oracle EBS R12] , middleware technologies,Data center, ALM, ITSM, BPM, architectural framework like TOGAF, etc.
Job Description:
Person should have ERP experience [Oracle EBS R12] Must know EBS, and overall functional tools and technical tools. Must know middleware technologies, Data center tech, configurations, etc. The key is knowing ALM, ITSM, BPM, architectural frameworks like TOGAF, etc..
(1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussionsorreview.
(2.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(3.) To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks.
(4.) To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
