JD:
• SAP Content Finance experience required in the Media & Entertainment industry. • Review current-state accounting processes with BAU process owners and design and implement any needed changes to processes required in the future state ERP structure related to the Fixed Asset subledger workstream. • Responsible for helping the data team and Workstream Leads identify Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation and Conversion rules. • Work closely with the Project System and Master Data subledger workstream leads to complete data reconciliations and validations during Mock Cut-overs, UAT and Production Cut-over for ERP transformations. • Support, review, and provide input to communications related to overall program activities as well as specific comms tailored to the fixed asset subledger workstream. • Coordinate with Workstream Leads to execute data migrations and data quality efforts focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication. • Provide post go-live support including identifying post go-live support resources, coordinating with key teams to provide hypercare support, and supporting post go-live surveys, analyses, and mitigation plans as required. • Assess, prioritize, and escalate issues as necessary. • Strong background in content accounting topics (Amortization, Film and TV studio finance products, supporting participations & residuals, film & television distribution, and production accounting. across the Film, Studio, Networks content accounting process in the Media & Entertainment industry. • Experience in transformation projects e.g., from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.

• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to the business need
• Strong knowledge in implementing customized solutions and interfaces between SAP Ariba & Non-SAP systems
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contracts
• Excellent communication, including the ability to collaborate with cross functional & cross regional teams

- Provide fixed asset accounting guidance to controllers and their project teams across the Company’s business units.
- Experience in Fixed Assets – Depreciation Areas (Book, Statutory, Tax, and Derived)
- Experience integrating fixed assets to plant maintenance equipment records
- Experience designing master and transactional data Migration from legacy
- Experience with mid-year go live for fixed assets, Lease Accounting & Project Systems
- Process monthly transfers of AUC (Asset Under Construction) to Fixed Assets (Asset Capitalization)
- Process monthly asset retirements and transfers.
- Support AUC accounting across all business areas (SAP Capital Projects App) providing guidance/review of cost activity for accuracy and completeness to ensure timely capitalization of fixed assets.
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of all fixed asset movements in the SAP fixed asset register including reconciliation to the general ledger. Resolve any discrepancies on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the automated depreciation postings in SAP and ensure assets are depreciating accurately as intended.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated reporting for all fixed asset metrics including major projects, capital spend and asset movement activity.
- Ensure new, modified or terminated leases are entered in CoStar software timely.
- Request new lease vendor’s setup and any changes.
- Reconcile lease expenses and submit lease payments from CoStar to SAP.
- Nice to have hands on configuration and design experience with SAP Contract Management System.
- Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Contract Lease Management implementations with SAP Finance
- Respond to tax team, internal audit team, and external audit team on related fixed assets.
- Proactively interact and respond timely to emergency capex requests or urgent requests to support the operating business units and executive management.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required, particularly on improving processes and system.
- Experience with Media Industry & Content accounting is a plus.
