Role: Sr. UI Frontend Developer

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Local to TX)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Interview: Final Will be Face – to –  Face

 

Job Description:

8-10 years of experience in backend services.

1. HTML/CSS:
o Understanding of responsive design
o Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

 

2. JavaScript/Typescript:
o Experience with Typescript and modern JavaScript features (ES6+).

 

3. Frontend Frameworks/Libraries:
o Angular, state management libraries like NGRX/Redux
o Experience with micro frontend and module federation.
o Experience with web component

 

4. Testing/Build tool:
o Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
o Knowledge of build tools like Webpack

 

5. Other:
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing web performance and understanding concepts like lazy loading and minimizing HTTP requests.
• UI/UX Principles: A good eye for design and understanding of user experience principles.
• Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)

This will be a long term contract and does not have the opportunity to convert. The manager is open to visa candidates and they will follow the hybrid requirement. Interviews will be two rounds, one virtual and second onsite.

 

Required Test: LIVE CODING / PROBLEM SOLVING

 

CANDIDATE MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN MACBOOK PRO LAPTOP

IV PROCESS:

 

Candidates must join the TEAMS Interview using a computer (not their phone) because they’ll need to have their IDE setup and ready to go so they can share their screen for the coding problems.

 

INTERNAL INTERVIEWS:

  • Internal IV Recording: When you do the Internal Recorded Interview – Tell candidates that the client will see the recording – They should act as if your screening call is an interview with the client.
  • Tell Candidates interviews will be onsite (even though they’re remote). If they are not currently located near the client site, tell them the client has an office 5 minutes from their home. Get their buy-in for in-person IV’s even though they’ll actually be remote.

 

CLIENT INTERVIEWS:

  • Candidate needs to be 5-10 minutes early for Virtual IV’s
  • Candidate needs to be at least 15 minutes early for Onsite IV’s
