Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead who will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our software applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a talented team of developers and work on cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Guide the architecture, design, and technology adoption for scalable and high-performing software solutions.
- Backend Development: Utilize Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, and Kafka to develop robust backend services and APIs.
- Frontend Development: Lead the development of intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
- Project Management: Work closely with stakeholders to manage project timelines, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and collaborate with the development team to maintain high standards of code quality and foster a culture of innovation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with a strong background in leadership.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, Kafka) and frontend technologies (Vue.js, Freemarker Web Components).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with software architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
