• EPBCS experience with current modules including Financial, Workforce , Project and Strategic Planning
.10+ years experience designing, building, and customizing applications to meet business process and application requirements • Identify key business needs, translate those into an overarching cube design, and determine whether out-of-the-box cubes meet functionality needs and what calculations are required
• Experience developing calc scripts in EPBCS native language and Groovy
• Experience developing integrations from Oracle products (Peoplesoft, EBS) and other applications to EPBCS using traditional ETL and API scripts
• Deliver application development and maintenance support
• Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality
• Experience serving as a tech lead or senior developer implementing EPBCS for a federal agency
• Familiarity with running an agile team structure and sprint management (backlog grooming, team throughput management, daily scrums) supported by a scrum master
• Also possess Java development background for custom
