Note: This position is complete work from onsite location. Associate should work at ATM lab located at Bishop Ranch Bldg. 7, 2527 Camino Ramon, CA 94583, USA* 8+ Years of experience in hand on QA testing Executing manual and automated test cases. Reporting bugs and errors to development teams. Hands on experience in various testing methodologies, Defect Management Process, Test Strategizing and Test Planning Documenting the testing procedure, testing progress and results Skills: Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders environment, People coordination Experience in working with ATM Devices Hands on experience in working with Good to have – SCOM and SCCM knowledge Good to have: Test automation experience

Desirable Skills:

Prefer to have senior resource, stronger ownership and leader skills so that resource is capable of participating in the technical sessions (estimates,root cause analysis support, etc) and represent ATM team.

Responsibility:* Review requirements and any related documents with developers to confirm expected functionality and business needs.* Develop test cases and test plan according to requirements* Determine test environment and test data requirements.* Must be able to communicate with leads regarding project readiness, status and potential risks, Document, quantify, and elevate risks as appropriate.* Provide status reporting for execution and defects* Tracks and coordinates defect resolution and retesting quantifying and mitigating risk accordingly using HPALM* Participate in meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validate project requirements and technical specifications and document key issues.* Execute various testing types including Functional, Regression,Integration etc* Write excellent defect reports.* Provide timely & effective communication to the Lead relating to quality, project issues and concerns etc.

Qualification:* Minimum 4+years of experience has QA Analyst in Financial industry* Hand on QA experience on analyzing requirements and developing/executing test cases in a timely manner.* Expert understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* A positive attitude in the workplace and the ability to drive change* Fast learner, continuously expanding knowledge set* Team player* Ability to perform multi-tasking* Working independently with minimal supportGood Communication skills and written skills
