IDM Security Consultant

The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) SAP IDM Consultant to provide SAP system support.  The resource will serve as a member of the security / IDM team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the IDM module of the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) system.

Remote Work is allowed.

Requirements

1. Four years’ experience with large implementations using IDM.
2. Four years’ experience with Active Director (AD) and LDAP knowledge for integration to AD.
3. Four years’ experience with SAP system and IDM integration including SAP System Copy process as it relates to IDM and the integration of SAP-HR and IDM.
4. Four years’ experience with technical aspects of IDM in all of the following areas.
   1. Installation and Maintenance of IDM software
   2. Setup and configuring of IDM provisioning framework
   3. Performing IDM transports (export/import)
   4. Set up and customization of VDS
   5. Building of IDM repositories and troubleshooting of connection problems
5. Four years’ experience with IDM workflows including Java scripting for IDM workflows and provisioning, and the ability to build and maintain complex IDM workflows.
6. Four years’ experience with SQL including SQL scripting and SQL server.
7. Four years’ experience with SAP security including ABAP, JAVA, and portal.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with IDM system upgrades

SAP Logistics Functional Consultant

Senior SAP Logistics Funcational Consultant with a comprehensive skill set spanning various SAP modules, specifically Logistics, Fleet Management, Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), MDM Catalogs, SAP SUS, SuccessFactors EC organizational structure, Fuelman integration and other various interfaces.  The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing independent support across the mention modules, focusing on optimizing processes for public sector organization.  We are seeking a candidate with a profound understanding of public sector inricacies, coupled with exceptional analytical prowess.  Candidate will provide expert consultation and guidance on SAP procurement solutions customized for public sector entitites, ensuring meticulos adherence to regulatory frameworks and mandates.  Implement and fine-tune SAP Fleet Management solutions, seamlessly integrating them with procurement processes to enhane the mangement of public sector fleets efficiently.  Offer expert support in executing procurement, HCM and SuccessFactors EC configuration changes pertaining to agency mergers and the establishment of ne agencies within the SAP systems, including changes to post merger staffing in Employee Central.  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Fuelman functionalities within the SAP ecosystems, fostering streamlined management of fleet related activities.Spearhead the integration of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with SucessFactors EC organizational structure, guaranteeing the smoth flow of data and ensuring consistency across systems.  Develop and sustain MDM Catalogs to facilitate the effective management of master data across the organization, maintaining data integrity.  Configure and uphold SAP SUS (Supplier Self Service) and supplier registration platforms, optimizing procurement processes and fortifying collaboration with suppliers.  Provide ongoing support and resolution for SAP module related technical issues, ensuring system performance is optimized to me organizational demands.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.  Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience, with a robus focus on SAP Logistics, SAP Fleet Management, SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP Supplier Self Service (SUS), SAP MDM and related modules.  At least 7 years of dedicated experience within the public sector domain.  Profound understanding of the integration between SAP procurement modules and funds management, grants management, inventory management and fleet management systems within the public secotr context.  Strong comprehension of agency mergers and the establishment of new agencies in SAP.  Extensive experience in configuring and tailoring SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Supplier Reltationship Management (SRM), SAP Supplier Self Service and SAP MDM to meet intricate business requirements.  Thorough comprehension of integration mechanisms between SAP modules and other SAP/third-party systems, patriculatly SuccessFactos EC, Fuelman and MS Procurement Portal.  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.  Strong analytical and problem solving capabilites, coupled with acute attention to detail.

Preferred Skill Set:

Previous experience in MAGIC system is preferred.  Experience in SuccessFactos EC is an added advantage.
