Job Title: Business Analyst with Call Center & Mortgage Experience
Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Rate: $50/hr Max on C2C
Visa: H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, USC
Looking for Min 10+ Years of experience candidates only
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to call center operations and mortgage processes. Ensure that solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in call center workflows and mortgage processes. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including call center managers, mortgage specialists, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within call center and mortgage operations. Utilize insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing of new solutions or process changes. Ensure that all implementations meet business requirements and function as expected.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all processes and solutions comply with mortgage industry regulations and standards.
 
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in call center operations.
  • Must have experience in the mortgage industry.
 
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage processes and regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
