- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
- This individual will be responsible with coordinating with vendors in Identity and Access Management (IAM) space and drive the evaluation of those products for automated user provisioning capabilities.
- As a Technical Project Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams, driving project timelines and commitments, and ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- This role requires a strong background in project management and technical knowledge of working with identity and access management systems.
- Individual should be able to work with various engineering teams, security team and should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, creating multiple technical and non-technical documents and the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
- Has deep understanding and passion about technology and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vendor product evaluation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Create product evaluation templates, gap analysis and stakeholder presentations.
- Leverage knowledge of Identity and access governance to perform gap analysis between leading market products in this space against the JLL home grown system.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Drive project execution by coordinating efforts, providing clear direction, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and managing expectations.
- Employ project management tools and methodologies to guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, identify risks and issues, and proactively address concerns.
- Develop and maintain both technical and non-technical project documents, including project charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work with the existing application team to turn requirements into cost-effective solutions by applying knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.
- Evaluating available market products and suggesting the best suited product and features for the given situation.
- Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd party solutions in JLL environment.
Experience & Education
- 8 to 12 years IT experience
- Bachelor’s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development activities and manage stakeholders’ expectations globally across multiple project initiatives.
- Experience in Identity Governance and Administration products (IGA) such as AD, and Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, Saviyant etc.,
- Experience in performing vendor evaluations, scoring, gap analysis and creating leadership presentations
- Technical knowledge of Active Directory and system integration capabilities including high level understanding of Workday, ServiceNow and SCCM.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects.
- Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
