Role-Healthcare Business Analyst
6+ months remote contract
Ex-HCSC contractors/employees and Locals/driving distance to Naperville, IL will have 1st preference
Skills/Experience needed:
· Prior HCSC experience candidates will be considered first
· BS Degree with 5+ years of experience as Healthcare Business Analyst
· Experience with documentation, analysis, creating create epics and user stories and elicitation of business and technical needs across multiple business units. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike are keys to success for this Business Analyst role.
· Ensures that complex requirements are executable, testable, complete and not ambiguous. Documents and elicits requirements through user stories, epics, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc.
· Experience with MS Office Suite and Jira
· Experience with Agile methodology
