We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer with strong leadership experience to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven solutions using Power BI, as well as experience in leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
• Utilize expertise in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query to ensure accurate data transformation and reporting.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate the team's Power BI skills and knowledge.
• Stay current with Power BI updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
