Job Description:
we need a resource who can be 100% available to support our Consumer Engagement Platform (CEP) administration tasks, with an emphasis on supporting Google Analytics platform (including GTM) and a handful of Google Cloud Console solutions (such as reCAPTCHA).
Please find below the key responsibilities we require support for:
- Access Management
- Manage user permissions and access levels within Google Analytics platform to ensure data security and compliance with The Coca-Cola Company policies.
- Regularly audit access privileges and update roles and permissions as needed.
- Property & Container Management
- Create, configure, and maintain Google Analytics properties and views to align with business objectives.
- Support the set up and management of Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, ensuring proper implementation and data collection as required.
- Data Integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, discrepancies, and data anomalies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support efficient processes and decision-making for operations and analytics teams.
- Integrations & Enhancements
- Support integration with other platforms and tools, such as CRM systems and e-commerce solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies related to data collection and usage.
- Enforce audit and governance practices to maintain data security and privacy.
