Location : San Antonio TX.

Duration: long term Contract

Job description :

• The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the IAM assessment program. This role coordinates the work of the assessment pods, ensures consistency in approach, and monitors progress against defined milestones.

• Need 15-20+ years of progressive experience in Service Delivery and Program Management, with a strong background in IAM and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of the IAM assessment program

• Coordinate the work of the assessment pods and ensure consistency in approach and deliverables

• Monitor the progress of the pods against the defined timeline and milestones

• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and escalate to the IAM Program Lead as needed

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate communication between the pods and the central team

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity domain

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL
