Position: Network Engineer (Wired/Wireless/Cellular)
Location: Princeton, NJ or Evansville IN or Lexington, KY or Louisville KY
Duration: Contract
Client is looking for consultant with Automobile manufacturing domain
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on wired, wireless, and cellular networks.
- Experience with network design and implementation in enterprise environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).
- Experience with wireless networking technologies (Wi-Fi 6, WPA3, etc.).
- Knowledge of cellular technologies (LTE, 5G) and related equipment (modems, SIM management).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Cisco Prime).
- Experience with network security best practices and tools.
Engineering Fundamentals
- Electrical Engineering Principles 3 Could be a Mechanical Engineer also.
- Mechanical Engineering Principles 3 Could be a Mechanical Engineer also.
- Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) 10
