Job Description:

Adobe Architect Subject Matter Expert: – Experience Platform Real-Time CDP /Target / AJO

You will be responsible for helping to deliver and improve the end customer experience across client’s digital channels, leveraging Adobe Platform as domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing.

·         Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform – Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Target, Decision
·         Architect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the customer’s journey
·         Provide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing.
·         Strategize, architect, and document a scalable AEP – CDP, AJO implementation, tailored to client business needs
·         Translate business requirements into technical specifications
·         Lead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data Engineers
·         Provide deep domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing
·         Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies.

Qualifications/ Requirements: –

·         6-8 years’ experience in digital marketing; enterprise marketing software experience preferred.

·         3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, client-facing skills
·         Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and AJO including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation.
·         Hands-on experience in building complex journeys with deep knowledge on using the tools to manage and optimize budget and creative performance
·         Hands-on experience on managing a large scale implementation with 1000s of audiences, data attributes, calculated attributes, journeys etc.
·         Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
·         Experience working with cloud technologies such as GCP
·         Experience working with data warehouse solutions such as Google BigQuery etc.
·         Experience with marketing automation tools a plus – such as Workfront

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Setting up and configuring Adobe Workfront to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes creating custom forms, workflows, templates, and fields to streamline operations and match business processes.
Hands on experience with Workfront Fusion.
Developing custom scripts and integrations with other enterprise tools such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud). This ensures seamless data flow and functionality across various business functions.
Managing user roles and permissions within Adobe Workfront to ensure security and appropriate access controls. This involves setting up groups, teams, and access levels to protect sensitive data and optimize workflow.
Providing training and support to users on how to effectively use Adobe Workfront. This includes creating user guides, FAQs, and training sessions to ensure that all team members can leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
Monitoring system performance and user activity to ensure optimal efficiency and usability. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing regular system audits, and making adjustments to configurations and workflows as needed.
Utilizing Adobe Workfront for project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress. The engineer may also be involved in managing some projects directly, using the platform to ensure timely delivery and reporting.
Creating custom reports and dashboards to help the organization track productivity, project status, and resource utilization. This helps in making data-driven decisions and improving business processes.
Keeping the system up to date with the latest releases and upgrades from Adobe. This includes testing new features and ensuring compatibility with existing workflows and integrations.
Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and workflows within Adobe Workfront to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
These responsibilities require a blend of technical skills (like understanding APIs and coding for custom integrations), project management expertise, and strong communication skills.
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and determine short term and long-term fixes extremely fast.
