Job Title: Senior Azure .Net Developer

Location: Onsite – Chicago, IL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure .Net Developer with a strong background in C# and Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Function Apps, along with extensive experience in developing and optimizing RESTful APIs. This is an onsite position in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• C# Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, with a focus on building scalable and efficient code.
• Azure Service Bus: Utilize Azure Service Bus to implement robust messaging solutions, ensuring smooth and reliable communication between distributed systems.
• RESTful APIs: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for various consumer applications, ensuring they meet industry standards and perform optimally.
• Integration Testing: Write unit test cases and perform thorough integration testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of APIs and services.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with other technology teams to understand their requirements and fine-tune APIs to meet the expectations of consuming applications.
• Azure Logic Apps & Function Apps: Implement and manage Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps as part of the overall application architecture.

Mandatory Skills:

• C#: Strong coding experience with C#, including knowledge of best practices and design patterns.
• Azure Service Bus: In-depth experience with Azure Service Bus, including creating and managing queues, topics, and subscriptions.
• RESTful Services (API): Proven experience in developing RESTful services, with the ability to design and implement standard APIs for various consumer applications.

Good to Have Skills:

• N/A

Experience Required:

• 9-13 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and Azure services.
• Experience in writing unit test cases and performing integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of code.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple technology teams.
• A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
