Job Title: Salesforce Admin   

Location : Brooklyn, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 9-12 Months Contract

 

Job Description:

  • Create profiles and implement object-level, field- level and record- level security.
  • Perform code migration activities for different release using the Copado Code Migration tool.
  • Perform Pre and Post manual steps in the required environment (SIT/QV/PROD)
  • Validate Post Release Activities/Track release metrics to improve and report success/failures to the developers and team.
  • Sandbox sync after any major/minor Release along with refresh activities- Automation scripts for post deployment activities.
  • Automate the deployments to Salesforce release environment (Dev org, Sandboxes and production)- Work on Salesforce.nCino Patch updates
  • Work closely with developers and Scrum Masters to coordinate minor and major changes during the release cycle.
  • Define and manage the change control process for development and the release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet the criteria before deployment.
  • Performing Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, assign licenses, regular internal system audits and upgrade preparations.
  • Identify areas to improve data quality and business processes and increase usability
  • Manage Salesforce applications, Profile, role, permission, security token, validation rules.
  • Train Developers on Copado tool and create documentation- Create reports and dashboards

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
