Job Summary:

The Salesforce Senior Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, support, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role involves managing user accounts, troubleshooting, maintaining data integrity, and implementing system updates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Administration:
    • Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform.
    • Maintain user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, and data integrity.
    • Manage Salesforce system upgrades and new releases.
    • Perform Data audits and system checks
    • Resolve business queries related to the platform
  2. Customization and Configuration:
    • Customize Salesforce applications to meet the needs of business users.
    • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.
    • Develop and manage complex flows, process builders, and approval processes.
    • Perform data uploads when needed.
  3. Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data audits, data cleansing, and de-duplication activities.
    • Import, export, and update data as needed.
    • Develop and maintain data governance policies.
  4. User Support and Training:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and issues.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and manage complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
    • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
  6. Project Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Document and maintain system processes, policies, and procedures.
  7. Strategic Initiatives:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
    • Stay current with Salesforce trends, best practices, and new features.
    • Advocate for the effective use of Salesforce to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with data management and governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Familiarity with integration tools and third-party applications.
