Job Description: Oracle Cloud HCM OTL and Absence Consultant Title: Oracle Cloud HCM OTL and Absence Consultant
Client: Infosys
Location: Remote with occasional travel based on milestones
Experience Required: Minimum 12+ years of Information Technology experience
 
Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Support:
   • Lead and execute the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically OTL and Absence.
2. Business Process Analysis:
   • Analyze client business processes and requirements related to OTL and Absence.
   • Recommend solutions and improvements leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
3. System Integration and Data Migration:
   • Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and customizations.
   • Utilize HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll batch loader.
4. User Training and Documentation:
   • Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation for OTL and Absence processes and system functionalities.
5. Agile Development:
   • Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and full SDLC lifecycle.
   • Implement projects in Agile mode.
6. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
   • Communicate complex technology solutions effectively to technical, business, and management teams.

 
Skills and Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on OTL and Absence modules.
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle Global HR Cloud for US.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode.
  • Experience in a global delivery environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 12 years of experience with the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Expertise in all OTL and Absence processes.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to OTL, Absence, and other modules.
  • Strong understanding of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll batch loader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ members.
