Monitoring all specific nodes (MLB, BCH, Airport sites,Core network connections for Movius, SASE)

• Swivel hair between partnerr and NOC to NOC relationships
• Ticket governace on all TFB ticket types for network
• Vendor Maintenance check in and escalations

Resolves issues reported through service assurance , performs diagnostic investigation into complex customer-impacting network issues to resolve and identify root causes. Provide technical leadership, guidance and advice to other engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing and operating the network.

Escalations path for NOC and EBS teams, Supports end to end production network and solutions design review, validation, testing and operations acceptance for all new or expansion nodes/platforms or services being introduced
• Service Experts/Automation Development
• Resolves and drives complex business customer outage restoration
• Ultra High containment Rate
• Engages ATAC peers for prioritzed support enabing near real time outage mitigation
• Partners /Drives Root cause analysis
• Partners with Ops readiness and New prodcuts to ensure Business Support capabilities prior to go to market
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level support in multiple disciplines for end to end production network and solutions design review, validation, testing and operations acceptance for all new or expansion nodes/platforms or services being introduced into Voice, Data, Messaging and Mobile Internet wireless networks.
• M-F Weekend on call
