Role Overview: UST is seeking a Functional Business Analyst with substantial experience in Investment Management. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in financial services and asset management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Drive user experience improvements and process optimizations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to support business goals and optimize operations.
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks specializing in user management and workflow automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant delivering data-driven solutions.
- Financial Services Industry: At least 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, working with clients such as Client Investment and Jefferies.
- Project Experience: Proven experience in projects related to asset management and client services portals.
- Skills:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- User experience enhancement
- Process improvement
- Stakeholder management
- Salesforce administration (specializing in user management and workflow automation)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools and methodologies for operations optimization.
- Familiarity with investment management processes and tools.
Additional Information:
- Travel Requirements: The candidate must be willing to travel to Boston, MA, twice or thrice a month. Travel expenses will be covered by the client.
- Work Environment: Hybrid, with onsite requirements as specified.
