Job Description:-
The Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the testing phase of software development projects in the ecommerce organization.
They work to ensure that software applications or systems meet quality standards and are free of defects.
The Testing Lead often defines test strategies, plans test efforts, coordinates test teams, monitors the execution of test cases and collaborates with developers, quality assurance professionals, and project managers to ensure that software is thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.
Skills | Must-Haves:
* 10+ years of professional experience
* Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field
* Advanced experience in software testing (both manual and automated)
* Solid experience in the cloud
* Lives local and doesn't need to relocate to be onsite in Irving, TX
Company | Job Insights:
* end client is Coppel; they are a leading commerce/retail chain looking to get their footprint in the US
* 1st and 2nd round interviews will happen this week
* ALL final interviews are going to be scheduled for Tue, 8/6 — candidates need to be available on that day
* hybrid role, 3 days week onsite in Irving, TX and 2 days/week remote
* Coppel will be looking to acquire these hires from Publicis Sapient (after PS converts them) after a year tentatively set for August 2025

* 2 internal video Interviews expected to be completed this week
* final round client interview (onsite HEAVILY PREFERRED) — this is required to be conducted on Tuesday, August 6th — please make sure your candidates are available on this day
