Position Title: Technical Program Manager (Data Collection)
Description: The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating with various teams across the organization to gather, analyze, and report on data critical to the success of various projects and programs. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data required for program analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and verification processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between various teams, including IT, Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across teams.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining program progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of program activities, data collection methods, and analysis results.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Monitor and report on program risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for program management and data collection.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Experience:

- Proven experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
- Strong background in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
