Project Manager for US workday implementation.
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large, complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsible for managing the project team, stakeholders, and resources, ensuring that the project goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Leading and managing the project team, providing direction and support to team members.
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Managing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Mentoring and coaching junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience managing complex projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, advanced degree preferred.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Candidates should have a proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing large teams and budgets.
