Desired Qualifications & Experiences:Â
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
ď‚· 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with high volume Order Management domain
ď‚· Expertise in Packaged Order Management solutions as a Lead with hands-on design, development and configuration
experience (preferably IBM Sterling OMS or similar, deployed as SAAS or an on-prem Cloud solution)
 4 + Years’ experience developing extensions of DOM and OMS systems, preferable Sterling OMS. Expertise in Java/J2EE, XML,
XSLT, Oracle and Middleware technologies.
ď‚· Well versed with system and technical design principles, performant coding practices ensuring security requirements are not
compromised for functionality and/or performance
ď‚· Demonstrated ability to simplify a complex solution into discrete components to parallelize development efforts reducing the
overall time to market
ď‚· Experience with laying out a go-live plan at the conceptual stage, analyzing the pros and cons of multiple options.
ď‚· Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools.
ď‚· Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
 This is an engineering position, and in our team, we believe in “always production-ready” code.
ď‚· This job requires 70% coding and configuration tasks every day
